Yoga with Sarah Perry

Our classes will help you to benefit from the many physical and psychological improvements of yoga, including strength, flexibility, balance and vitality. As you participate and advance with yoga you will find it assists with promoting mental clarity and achieving an inner sense of peace and equanimity. A combination of physical postures, known as asana, breathing exercises and meditation provide you with a low-impact and relaxing alternative to strenuous workouts.

In line with Joanna’s values, a highly experienced and dedicated teacher has been chosen to lead our Yoga practice. Sarah Perry is on hand to guide you through the asana and help you with your body’s individual needs – driven by her philosophy of recovery through taking a restorative approach. Sarah is a Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher, and a registered member of International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Yoga classes take place at Caulcott House every Friday throughout the day. Our classes are suitable for all levels, with no previous experience needed. Class sizes are limited to 5 participants, to provide a personal experience.
